Our Story

Run by Helena Lucie Fuller and John Hugh Fuller, Lucie Hugh launched as a creative design project in 2004. After studying Fashion Textiles and Furniture Design at Ravensbourne College of Design, Lucie Hugh mixed their skills and began designing and making handmade wooden products and fashion accessories. Lucie Hugh pitched up in Greenwich Market and also began selling in Crystal Palace’s pop up shops.

Lucie Hugh have always had a passion for design, spending time gathering inspiration from historical places, interesting interiors, retro furniture, print design and a variety of artists. Looking through interior magazines, gathering ideas, searching for eclectic pieces in markets and boot fayres has always been the basis of their initial ideas.
